The assessment is helpful in highlighting strengths, identifying challenges, and discovering areas for growth in each relationship.  Using their unique skills and values, we will explore areas of disconnection and learn tools to consciously love and recommit to one another.  This often includes ...

  • improving communication,
  • managing marital conflicts,
  • transitioning to parenthood,
  • coping with parenting struggles,
  • re-igniting intimacy,
  • strengthening blended families,
  • coping with extended family members,
  • managing anxiety and/or depression, anger, and healing from infidelity.

As we face challenges and barriers together, we will also weave humor, fun, and positivity to reclaim happiness and joy in your relationship.  I look forward to meeting you and getting to work!
